Leonie is a PhD candidate at the KIN research group. She is studying organizational knowledge networks with a focus on knowledge retention. The title of her research project is "Knowledge Retention and Employee Turnover: The Role of Transactive Memory". She specializes in Transactive memory systems (TMS) & Social network analysis (SNA).
